The program is based on an NBI-developed low-carbon specification is for new construction and deep renovations of commercial properties. Projects that go through the verification process receive substantial rate reduction from PACE Equity, tax incentives, reduced energy consumption, among many other advantages. Successful projects also join NBI’s Leaders Circle.
