Tegan brings a wealth of experience in driving decarbonization efforts across public, private, and non-profit sectors to her role as director of leadership & market Development at NBI. Her focus on fostering equity and collaboration aligns perfectly with NBI’s mission. 

Prior to joining NBI, Tegan led business development for a major EV charger manufacturer and built a successful pilot programs team at an NGO that advanced equitable and clean transportation. She holds an MBA in Sustainable Systems from Presidio Graduate School.
