Leada supports the Leadership & Market Development Program as a Senior Project Manager. She oversees the Getting to Zero Forum, the organization’s major industry conference dedicated to zero energy and zero carbon buildings, and Next Gen, NBI’s professional development program for college students designed to foster diversity in the building industry. Leada also supports NBI’s Board of Directors as the staff liaison facilitating meetings, committees, and development activities like recruitment. Prior to joining NBI, Leada worked at two local nonprofit organizations, Bradley Angle and the Coalition of Community Health Clinics.
