Kelsey Lutzow

Kelsey Lutzow joined the NBI team in 2024 as a proposal specialist, where she leverages her background in architecture to support our business development initiatives. Prior to NBI, Kelsey worked as a designer in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry for 8 years. Her passion for the built environment, paired with her community-focused approach, equips Kelsey to develop compelling proposals that align stakeholder needs with NBI’s mission.

Kelsey’s dedication to championing meaningful change extends beyond the workplace. In her free time, she donates her time and talents to various community organizations. Her contributions have been recognized with awards such as the Greater Green Bay Chamber’s Daniel Whitney Award, AmeriCorps’ Silver President’s Volunteer Service Award, and a Current Young Professional Future 15 recipient. She earned a Bachelor of Science in architectural studies and an urban planning certificate from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
