Erin brings over a decade of experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders to advance sustainability in the built environment to NBI. After earning her Master’s in Community and Regional Planning, Erin worked at Sandia National Laboratories helping to certify and benchmark existing buildings while implementing federal sustainability mandates. Erin cultivated her expertise communicating about high performance buildings while serving as an instructor and curriculum developer at Everblue Training Institute. Prior to joining NBI, she worked as a sustainability consultant helping certify buildings and campuses using the LEED rating system as well as leveraging learning from the arts and culture sector to expand creative community development efforts in Durango, Colorado. Erin holds LEED AP O+M, BD+ C and EcoDistricts AP credentials.
