Emma Riccardi is a Project Analyst for NBI’s Leadership and Market Development team. Before joining NBI, Emma worked for a K-12 school district in Northern California, managing and supporting their sustainability initiatives. During her time there, she helped three new construction projects become CHPS Designed certified, managed 117 EV charging stations throughout the district, and coordinated with key stakeholders to instill enthusiasm and commitment to energy efficiency and carbon emission goals. Emma graduated summa cum laude from Northeastern University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and Chinese. Outside of work, she enjoys snowboarding, skateboarding, and exploring new places.
