Anna loves working on complex energy and environmental challenges. She was previously a policy manager and researcher with the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy (ACEEE), where her portfolio of work covered industrial decarbonization and advocating for efficient and equitable demand side policies, programs, and rates. Prior to her time with ACEEE, Anna worked in conservation science, as a planner and research ecologist. She holds a PhD from University of Maryland, Baltimore County, in geography and environmental systems.
Anna lives in Pittsburgh, PA with her family. She spends her non-work time battling the urban deer in her small but wild garden, poking around in the woods and streams of PA with her kids, reading as many novels as she can, drinking too much coffee, and playing soccer in a local women’s pickup league.
