Amie brings 15 years of experience leading finance and operations across complex, multi-country programs in Africa, the Caribbean, Eastern Europe, and Latin America. She has overseen portfolios of up to $1 billion funded by the U.S. Government, Gates Foundation, FCDO, United Nations, Global Fund, and other leading donors and philanthropic organizations. Her experience spans finance, administration, operations, grants and contracts, compliance, procurement, and organizational management, with a focus on building practical systems that help organizations operate effectively and sustainably. She is also an experienced business development strategist and has contributed to more than $500 million in successful new business. Amie holds an MBA and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
