Alejandra is a Senior Accountant at New Buildings Institute. Prior to joining NBI, Alejandra worked as an Accounting Manager for an IBO company in the transportation industry. Alejandra’s nonprofit experience stems from the healthcare nonprofit sector, where she began as a part time social worker, then transitioning into minor finance department roles and eventually to fully managing the finances, all while working at the same organization. Alejandra earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a concentration in Race and Ethnics from San Jose State University, has completed the Data Analytics program at U.C. Berkeley as well as dual Master’s degrees in Accounting and Business Administration.
