Northwest Zero Energy Watchlist

Document / December 7, 2017 / Zero Net Energy

This Northwest Zero Energy Watchlist tracks commercial and multifamily buildings based on information gathered by NBI from multiple sources including the International Living Future Institute, designers, owners, private and public organizations, articles, and other research. The Watchlist, along with other available resources about zero energy, serves to increase the awareness, acceptance and adoption of zero energy buildings in the Northwest. It is funded by the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance's BetterBricks program, and shares information about known buildings with ultra-low energy performance that are comparable to zero energy but may not have renewables sufficient to cover annual energy consumption.
