Emily Moore is Director of Portfolio at Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA). In this role, she leads market strategy, development and management of electric Market Transformation programs, spanning six product areas: Water Heating, Consumer Products, HVAC, Lighting, Motor-driven products, and Building Envelope. As a member of NEEA’s leadership team, she works to advance the organization’s strategy, regional and national collaboration, and ensure organizational functional excellence for market strategy and program management. Emily has 20 years of energy efficiency industry experience that includes designing and managing large-scale energy efficiency programs. Before joining NEEA in 2013, Emily was Associate Director at Portland Energy Conservation, Inc. (PECI) and oversaw a portfolio of commercial efficiency programs, including programs for commercial new construction, major renovation and existing building commissioning. She has a Master of Urban and Regional Planning degree from Portland State University and Bachelor of Science degree in environmental studies and sociology from the University of Oregon.
