Dana Bolton directs the strategy, resources, and activities of the ComEd Energy Efficiency Program which includes marketing, data analytics, research and development, and program delivery and operations. He is responsible for delivering operational results for Customer Solutions, supporting the achievement of aggressive goals pertaining to the IL Future Energy Job Act (FEJA) commitments, and managing a budget in excess of $350M.

He’s held many positions within his 10-year tenure at the parent company Exelon, ranging from IT leadership roles in software development, architecture, operations, project management, and merger integration; additionally, served as Chief of Staff to Senior EVP and Chief Strategy Officer of Exelon.

Dana’s experience also ranges across a variety of industries including telecommunications, financial services and utilities. Prior to joining Exelon, he held leadership positions at Andersen Consulting, Lucent Technologies, and Bank of America.
