NBI is seeking a Director, Office Administrator, Project Analyst and a Project Manager to join our team and become an integral part of our organization.

  • Director, Leadership and Market Development Program: The ideal candidate for this position will be self-motivated, self-directed and have strong leadership, organizational and analytical capabilities as well as the ability to communicate about complicated topics in an approachable manner. This position will be heading the Leadership and Market Development including net zero market engagement and advancement, training and education, tool and resource development, and platforms that facilitate information sharing and dissemination.   • Office Administrator: NBI is seeking a part-time Office Administrator to support our Administration & Operations team. We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, positive, and self-motivated with strong organizational and communication skills to support our office operations. The position includes a variety of activities to office and general operations and works directly with a wide range of individuals at all levels – staff, management, external clients and suppliers.   • Project Analyst: This position will become an integral part of the NBI organization, working across NBI programs. Primary duties include technical research and analysis; writing technical documents and case studies; contributing to building performance technical guidelines and educational programs; and researching and organizing building type and energy usage characterization information. Project Analysts may work in any of NBI’s three
    program areas (Getting to Zero Leadership and Market Development, Building and Program

  • Project Manager, Building Innovation: This position requires a motivated self-starter with strong organizational and analytical capabilities as well as the ability to communicate complicated projects in a manner that builds knowledge among targeted audiences. Project Managers may work in any of NBI’s three program areas (Zero Leadership and Market Development, Building and Program Innovation, Advancing Codes and Policy); this position will focus on Building and Program Innovation, for building and technology electrification and decarbonization related initiatives and projects.
