NBI is seeking an Associate Director of Marketing and Communications, a Project Analyst,  a Director of Leadership & Market Development, and a Staff Accountant to join our team and become an integral part of our organization.

  • Associate Director of Marketing and Communications: This position will lead NBI’s talented team of marketing and communications professionals. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with strong organizational and critical thinking skills that can effectively communicate difficult topics to a wide stakeholder audience across a variety of media platforms. In this role, the Associate Director will lead the development and delivery of marketing strategies, communications messaging and design, and other campaign activities in support of our clients’ goals that enable our organization’s mission.  Learn more.
  • Project Analyst: This position will serve on NBI’s Building Innovation team and will become an integral part of our organization’s mission-driven work. The role will involve working with program staff and leadership across the organization to complete client-facing projects on time and budget. The position requires a motivated learner with strong research and analytical capabilities as well as the ability to communicate complicated topics to internal team members. Learn more.
  • Director of Leadership & Market Development: This position will lead the organization’s strategic engagement work with utilities, commercial real estate firms, developers, funders, and other stakeholders that are focused on reducing energy usage and carbon emissions in the U.S. built environment. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, self-directed and have strong leadership, organizational, and analytical capabilities as well as the ability to communicate about technical topics in an approachable manner.   • Staff Accountant: This position will perform Accounts Payable, Payroll, and other duties in our Finance & Accounting Team. The successful candidate will contribute to the success of our non-profit by the completion of the day-to-day finance and accounting transactions of the organization, supporting project teams with accurate project-based accounting, supporting Human Resources activities, and maintaining sound policies and procedures. Learn more.
