In this webinar, Ecology Action and New Buildings Institute present SmartScale, a cost effective deep retrofit program for small and medium commercial buildings designed for replication in a wide-range of markets across the country. Market-tested with one of the largest municipal electric utilities, Sacramento Municipal Utility District, SmartScale can be used to create or enhance energy efficiency services for this sector.

This webinar shares the SmartScale program methods, results and resources available at no cost to energy efficiency programs in the United States. This program was funded by a U.S. Department of Energy Building Technologies Office.
