The Allen is located just north of the Central Business District of San Antonio. Formerly retail space, The Allen was originally constructed between 1928 and 1938. The property redevelopment houses the headquarters of Headwall Investments, the property developer, along with additional office and retail.

Painesville Tower Student Housing

Painesville, OH – Redevelopment
Developer: Renew Partners, LLC

Lake Erie College, founded in 1856, is a private liberal arts college. The college identified a need for new, high-end housing options for their students. They partnered with a developer who would redevelop an existing site and finance the new housing. Renew Partners  recognized that using low-cost, long-term, fixed rate financing from PACE Equity was the way to optimally finance their project.

Kenwood Place is an existing 74,000 square feet retail/office building. The owners are transforming the center to attract new and upscale tenants which would complement the site’s location, directly across from the Kenwood Towne Centre. The redevelopment qualified as a CIRRUS Low Carbon property with energy-efficient ground floor retail and second-floor office space. Utilizing CIRRUS Low Carbon PACE Equity financing means the developer qualified for a lower interest rate because they met the CIRRUS Low Carbon design specification.

The historic Agora Theater is a beautiful site for this redevelopment project featuring office space, 48 apartment units and a street-facing restaurant. Located along the high growth Cleveland Healthtech Corridor, the development is the nation’s first CIRRUS Low Carbon property—a designation that will help attract tenants and residents. By meeting the low carbon specification offered by PACE Equity, the developer benefitted from a lower cost of capital along with a marketing toolkit to promote its green building status.
