Costs of Advanced Efficiency Measures in Commercial Buildings
NBI has identified the following four studies as a general survey of the cost impact of increasing the level of energy efficiency in commercial new construction and major retrofits. This is not an exhaustive survey of cost material available, but an indication of general experience with costs in the markets when higher levels of energy efficiency are specified.

- The Business Case for Green Building; A Review of the Costs and Benefits for Developers, Investors and Occupants; World Green Building Council (2013)
