New Buildings Institute partnering with DOE for the ZE Schools Accelerator

NBI is excited to announce our collaboration with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) as national partner for the Zero Energy (ZE) Schools Accelerator. The DOE describes the Accelerator as an “ongoing strategy to advance energy efficiency in the new construction market and accelerate the market adoption of Zero Energy Buildings.” NBI recently teamed up with DOE to host a Zero Energy Schools workshop in Denver, CO as part of our Getting to Zero National Forum, with over 80 participants from around the US and as far afield as Israel. As a Partner in the program, NBI will leverage our extensive work advocating for ZE Schools and the benefits they provide to students, staff and community members. More information about the ZE Schools Accelerator
