Adam Scherba, Project Analyst
Adam is a project analyst with New Buildings Institute. He is managing NBI’s building data resources, through internal database development and maintaining the Getting to 50 & Beyond database of high performance buildings. He also collaborates in analyzing and applying the information in these resources for various NBI reports about building performance results and metric development. Adam joined NBI after completing his Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from Portland State University. During his time there he worked as a researcher at the Green Building Research Lab and focused on building science and urban heat island research. Adam is enthusiastic about using this experience to help NBI analyze building energy use and provide holistic solutions to reducing energy consumption in the built environment.
